Grappling Training Site.
There are many sites that offer grappling related content but their offerings are limited and their fees, high. As a result, many grapplers go to YouTube to watch grappling related content, where they need to search through thousands of videos of varying quality. Our client came to us having identified a need in the market for a high-quality, low-cost content aggregation platform focused on grappling content.
Over a three month development period, we created a Laravel-based MVP that integrates with YouTube and allows our client to create category based filters that aggregate videos based on pre-defined search terms. The client then reviews matching videos for quality and adds them to the site, either individually or in bulk.
Grappling fans visiting the site can quickly find videos focused on specific techniques or categories and create playlists for later or repeat viewing.
