ARCK Interactive | Full-Stack Laravel Developer

Full-Stack Laravel Developer.

Remote Full Stack developers needed. Arck Interactive is looking for experienced full-stack Lararvel developers who want a challenging full-time position in an exciting and fast-paced collaborative environment. We are a fully remote (this has been a way of life for us for 10 years) web app development company focused on building SaaS/multi-tenant apps for clients who range from entrepreneurs and start-ups, to global Fortune 500 companies.

What you will be doing in this role:

You will have a chance to make a difference with your own unique creativity building web-based platforms that bring new, novel products to market and automate complex business processes.

You will be responsible for architecting and planning applications and features at all stages of the project lifecycle, and have the opportunity to recommend and build new features. This position will give you the opportunity to build applications that solve specific real-world business challenges, across many industries, working directly with business leaders, entrepreneurs and founders.

Play a key role as a lead developer. You will be responsible for working with and leading a small team of developers, and implementing best practices, reviewing code carefully, and providing constructive feedback to team members.

Making sure our projects are clean and organized. This includes identifying next steps, clarifying unclear tickets, and breaking larger tickets into smaller and more manageable tasks.

Keep our production deployment path clear. You will be expected to take accountability for ensuring projects are not a bottleneck for deployments, and anticipate the impact of new development features.

What we are looking for:

4+ years experience building custom SaaS/multi-tenant web applications, ideally with Laravel (or similar, modern, LAMP stack framework such as Symphony)

4+ years experience with a JavaScript framework such as Vue, React or Angular (with custom components you want to brag about)

Experience working directly with non-technical stakeholders

Outstanding communications skills and a positive mental attitude

You must have experience leading other developers and working collaboratively with remote teams.

You must be familiar with Agile development methodologies, SOLID Design Principles, and knowledge of successful development workflows.

You must have advanced and demonstrable understanding of the following:
